Your prompt for JusJoJan January 30th, 2025 is “hesitation.” Use it any way you’d like. Enjoy!
It is said that he who hesitates is lost. But I am here to say hesitation is important. A wise decision needs a moment. Sometimes, the moment taken to crawl back down the high-dive ladder is important to build the courage needed to try again.
But sometimes, when the Kim Chi, tasty though it was, wants to escape, hesitation can leave you to rue the day. Sorry. Must go!

That just goes to show that stuff is too nasty to eat!
We love Kim Chi here. And have it once or twice a month. My son and I are challenged to make the tastiest recipe ever. Ever since I was an English literary tutor for a Korean student who introduced us to her food, it has been a favorite. Yesterday’s adventure was the best we’ve ever done. But my system was playing divergent. I think I need to do this more often because the biome from the fermented food is supposed to be very healthy. By the way, I’m feeling great today so…😁
Well good! I know lots of people who love it, but I was there in country and never could stomach it or dried fish either.
I’ve heard others say that, too. How it was originally made kind of disturbs me. But Walmart jars or cans from Amazon work for us.
And, yeah, I don’t think I could tolerate dried fish.😝
