Reflection
Though I know this isn’t the reality, I always thought that Diana Ross followed me around as a teen. It seems like when something happened in my life she came out with a song that reflected it.
My favorite was Reflections. I loved that beginning. Here’s a reminder for those who might have forgotten this great hit.
On a deeper reflection blue ocean blue skies. Beauty worth poets.

More shallow: Who is that old woman who looks at me from the mirror?

Love the cartoon! That’s just how I feel. And the Supreme’s song was something I thought of right away.
Thank you for your comment. I am one of the people that go with first instincts. I probably could have used this to actually reflect on my life. I may have gone that way in the past but now with people ready to attack those who aren’t like them I find I run to funny. Funny is often sadness that we can’t express. Funny unites us. And though I still love the Supremes, just bought a CD for road trips, I would never go back to the trauma of being a teen. As fun, as it was, being an adult, is so freeing in spite of bills and responsibilities that can wear us down.
