If you’re walking at all you’re doing better than me, lol! I have yet to start a real walking routine.
Yay! I win! Yeah, not so much but more than nothing. I didn’t leave the yard today, but it is, again more than I did last week. It is warm and that feels so nice to be outside. I need to be at hiking level in two weeks as the adult kids are coming to see us and they are into long walks. Yikes! I’d ask you to catch up with me but I think you will surpass me in a heartbeat. LOL!
