My favorite and most easy break-fast brunch.
Salmon sprinkled with lemon pepper, olive oil, Bragg’s vinegar, smothered in baby spinach and cheese. Love! Please tell me this is not bad for me.

Nothing that you enjoy that much can possibly be bad for you!
Thank you. I hope so.
No way is that bad for you! Sounds delish, but not as my first meal of the day, lol!
I used to do toast with peanut butter. This takes no more time than the toast and I feel so satisfied!
That looks so delicious 🤩💜💜
It is!💜😊👍
Excellent 👌
Wonderful! Maybe some more spinach if you’ve got it. I, personally, would wilt the spinach and serve the salmon on top of it.
I do not like fish, meats. Hiding it is how I deal with it. And it is all cooked 2 minutes in the microwave, so the spinach is wilted. It is a 1/2 package. I eat a Cesar salad for lunch, sans meat or eggs. Blueberries add a little interest. Getting lots of greens!💜
