I am so addicted to Diamond Painting. I can only handle a bit, maybe a hour but it is so meditative. Let me see if I can show you my progress so far.
It is slow so I’m teaching myself the multi-drillers. Here’s one of the tutorials.

My DP kit was a gift, and unfortunately came folded up. Not sure how to work on it, but would love to try…
There is so much help on YouTube and Facebook (Everything Diamond Painting). I think I read/saw if you unfold and remove and then replace the cover (make sure you replace cover same side down as before), this should help it flatten out. If not a hair dryer aimed at the folded bits could also help hold it open. Mine was rolled up and I found the uncover then cover trick flatten it right out. Then cutting the cover into sections. I think mine is cut in four columns. That way only the part uncovered is the part to work in. The rest stays somewhat protected from dust and pet fur for a bit. Good luck. Share your progress. It’s fun.

I’m so glad you love it! I started with Diamond Art Club, but they are so expensive, I soon checked out other companies like Shimmer Stitch, and Amazon, and EBay. I’ve never heard of the one you are using. Diamond Art Club is of the highest quality in my opinion, so I buy when things are on clearance. Check them out, I am sure I’ve done many posts on them, I’ll try to find a link!
You are my inspiration. And now my other friends and I Zoom and DP. My friend bought each of us the Starry Night TARDIS. The one that bought these for us has delved into all the places. She’s a photographer and is looking into getting her own works made into Diamond Paintings. I still feel the newbie. I’ll look into Shimmer Stitch. I think the one I brought for myself (still rolled up) a year ago and received in June from Diamond Art Club as you recommended back then. The one that showed up on my blog came from the YouTube tutorial I shared. I thought it was DAC.😏 Thanks for all your help/advice!❤️
Absolutely! Anytime, however, I’m no expert either. They literally have de-stashing groups on Facebook and tips pages on YouTube! 🤩
I would love to zoom with y’all sometime! I was going to joking my cousins while they played Scrabble but they play on Fridays and that’s my volunteer day.
