I kitted down for waterfall, then kitted up for Starry Night. I’ll never do that again. My right arm, shoulder, and back are killing me. I should have at least taken breaks to stretch. The annoying part is: I’m so addicted to Diamond Painting that I have a hard time stopping.
Back to the Aspercreme, Advil, ice, and stretching.

It wasn’t the sitting it was the unsupported arm poking in the diamonds. I must learn to get up every few minutes and stretch and wiggle my arms and hands. Maybe even a treadmill session. 🧘♀️🚶♀️
I know, I’m guilty too. At least, sometimes here lately, I try to do half a session standing up! (30 min)

I’m too tall for the table to work. My daughter works from home and has a standing desk. It works really well for her.
