Since it’s hot and I’m still having trouble getting up early enough to do the walk, I’m stationary biking and playing with gentle yogas

I love my morning yoga, but have discovered that my pauses are just not long enough…
How did you start? And what do you mean by pauses?
The pauses are the time between transitions. I haven’t been holding them long enough, which is probably important. I have been trying to teach myself, but like you, maybe I should follow a video too?
I like the feeling of company when I do my exercises. Misery love company???

Ugh, it’s been hot here too, but I’ve walked at 6:30 the past three days and then the rains came. Yesterday I managed between showers, but today it was pouring when I woke up…at 8:30!! Wow, I finally got some good rest!
I’ll have to look at bed yoga! Now that sounds like my kind of exercise! 😂
Wow! You walk at 6:30 in the morning? I am barely in my third hour of sleep! Evenings we’ve been having thunderstorms so I need to do it early or not at all. So Yoga and indoor bike are how I have to do it now. Glad you finally got some rest. That’s always a good thing! 😀
