Dar49 Daily. Is out!!!

Confession time. Retirement plus fibromyalgia equals third adolescence. First adolescence being toddler of terrible-twos or threes, accordingly. The second is the teens. Well, I don’t remember this one described in my Psych 101 class. But I often stay up late, sleep late. It seems my biorhythm. But real life doesn’t allow for this kind of bio-person. Anyway, long story even longer–I didn’t get up until 2 today. TWO!!! I did finish the book last night and started a new one. Review to follow later.  <— All that to say I am really late getting things done today!

#egypt – CWin Post. Is out! Need I say that my husband is amazing? He has been able to grab a whole lot more sources than I have in Dar49 Daily. That may be that his interests are more ‘newsy’ or political than mine. I just love how Paper.li can make papers that can suit everyone’s needs. Scriptorioum’s Paper.li is more books and writing related. Dar49 Daily is more about science, writing, and health–fibromyalgia, specifically.

By sharing these here I get the best of all three, and so do my readers! Please check out the Paper.li site and see how easy it is to make your own paper. I want to see what others come up with. It is very interesting to me. I hope it is for you, too.

The Paper.li robots got mixed up with a Science Channel article that was supposed to be about pandas reuniting but when you click on the video, it goes to a story about praying mantises and other animals. To give credit the article below the video is about the pandas. But who didn’t want to see the cute pandas cuddling?

 

Oh, take the time to listen to the NPR article about sleep. Though there is a written article the audio-version is longer a full of great information about the sleep we all need, especially those with depression or fibromyalgia.
