Hey, MommaDar! Come down and walk with me. You have on your clunky Crocs so you’ll be okay.

I see spring all around. But do you smell that?

I think it is the dog in the sky. I think I smell that wet stuff.

And the same stuff over there.

And do you guys know what MommaDar said to me? She said that wet stuff is called rain. And rain is what makes this:

She calls weeds, I call grass and I like it to chew.

That turns into this which makes MommaDar A-choo!

But the buds on these trees, especially the little apple tree makes her happy. So the Wet Stuff can come help us. Thanks for walking with me!

Lucky you. Still winter here – and Mom doesn’t take me out at all when it is cold and rainy. We even had snow the other day. I am so tired of winter. I want to go play frizbee in my little yard. I’m bored with fetch in the house.
Woof! TINK
Oh, we just got this nicer weather. I think there are still patches on the north side of the house as MommaDar won’t take me there–she doesn’t want to fall again. Hope you get spring soon! Meanwhile, catch this cyber frisbee! Kali!
Thanks Kali. I’m glad you have nicer weather – and we don’t want MommaDar to fall again either, so don’t go where she doesn’t want you to go, okay?
Woof! TINK
TINK, MommsDar says Stay! I stay! I think she knows about things that might hurt me. I don’t even leave the yard without my leash. MommaDar knows where the treats are!!
Woof back! Kali
Me too. When I stop when Mom says no-no, I get really good treats. I mean I always get treats, but she gets out the really good ones when I’ve been a really good dog – the kind she keeps in that big white box in the kitchen.
That’s the only good thing about being stuck inside – great treats every time I use the pee-pee pad (which I do, of course).
btw – we just got snow again – sigh
Woof! TINK
Me, too, Pee Pad. Ugh! But the snow was better than the muddy river that happened when it all melted. Sorry you got more snow. Yay! Treats!!!
Woof back, Kali
