Fibro fog has found me again. So tired and achy. I’m sure I’ll be fine. But I couldn’t even find the energy to attend the writers group on zoom. Is it the change of seasons affecting me? We do have to drip faucets tonight as it reaches 32 tonight. Sleep well, world. See you tomorrow.

Heya, just thought I’d stop by and give you a little word of encouragement for your Monday. You got this! And I’ve never lived in a cold country before so today I’ve learned about dripping faucets. Thanks for the lesson 🙂
Thank you for the encouragement. We al need that on occasion. I am feeling much better today. I was raised in Southern California. The only way to see snow or real lightning was to go to the mountains. I didn’t know about dripping faucets to keep the pipes from freezing until in the last decade or so. I don’t think about it much any more as it is something you get used to. I have found it interesting living in the cold. I find my body starts to get used to it. I think we climatize as I find cold not as cold as I did the year before. Like 32 degrees is nearly balmy once you hit the minus numbers. 😀
I hope you rested last night, and feel better today. Just take it easy until your symptoms subside a bit 💜
I feel tons better. Lots of naps. And just playing couch potato helped tons. 💜💜💜💜
Excellent so glad to hear that 💜
