Agreed. I didn’t actually watch it. Colin did. But I was in the room often enough to get caught up in the various characters’ threads. Pure soap opera.
The unfortunate part for me is how easy I catch the accent. And how quickly I don’t even hear it. I wish I could catch a British or Irish or even Scottish. But, alas, y’all would just guffaw if I tried.
I’m a natural mimic. It’s a problem with shows, but worse when I’m talking to something because they might think I’m mocking them :p.
Me, too. As a cosmetologist in my former life I found that happening so often with clients. A lady from Maine pointed it out. The heat from that blush still burns.
