Real flounders entice sea turtles down to floor. The flounders are having a feast!

I’m getting a little better with chording on the ukulele. I almost don’t have to look when changing from C to F to G7 and back to C all the while singing. Almost time for a new lesson. It’s supposed to be a 30 day course, but my soft, achy fingers needed more time. I’m still learning day 9 a couple weeks later.
The recorder comes and goes. Teaching myself and my fingers soprano, alto, and tenor. I can finally reach all notes on soprano and alto, though not consistently. I can barely get the top three holes of the tenor.
And. AND I CLEANED THE PIANO WELL SO IT WELCOMES ME! Maybe tomorrow I’ll actually play!!!!
A quick note. Door push-ups, floor to ceiling stretches, then more than 30 minutes or more than 5 miles on the stationary bike. All still happening. So some things are growing into habits. Others are still work. But a lot of flounder still happens. Ah, well, it’s February!

And here’s my contribution to Floundering February:
I am having to admit that floundering comes naturally when you pass 70, the next stage is stumbling when you reach 80… sigh
Yikes. Not looking forward to that!
No, I’m not enjoying it much… my family thinking I am off my rocker doesn’t sit well either…
Everyone but my son in this house is a senior, we’re all finding our bodies and minds different than in the past. My son just joined AARP so he’s catching up! Hugs, my friend. We always do our best. Right!?
Too right! Not always easy, but we do it! 💖
Ooh, good exercise habits. I’m inspired to add the stretch & strength to my daily walk.
Glad I could help. My daily walks will start soon. Weather is still unstable. I want to start hiking soon, too.
you go Woman! I have been sluffing off on walking lately. mostly because I stay up late reading and then oversleep. such is life.
Here it’s still too cold to do a morning walk. We’ll start that soon around noonish or a little later when it warms. Then we gradually work toward morning walks when it gets hot. I’m looking forward to walking again. But 4 AM is a good time to close a book. LOL!😉
This is an old post but…I’m so impressed with your exercising! 30 mins on the bike, way to go girl! X
Thanks! I’m still following it week days and sometimes on weekends. It is finally habit. I do well once I have a habit formed.
