Your Friday prompt for Stream of Consciousness Saturday is “loan/lone.” Use them any way you’d like. Bonus points if you use both. Have fun!

These two words are weird. Though line has ‘one’ that points to feeling so alone, lonely. One never feels so alone as when they feel the need for a loan.

Unless, that is, if one is standing in line at the library.

Even if alone one can never feel lonely while waiting to borrow a book or ten. A loan with excitement and adventure attached.
