The Depth Behind The Ordinary
Books, games, music, and life โ filtered through the mind of a writer, drummer, and philosopher who thinks too deeply about all of it. If it moves something in your chest, I'm interested.

Those watermelon socks will be so cute!!
You finish your DAPs so much faster than me! I can’t physically do it that saps because of my back.
I use the time I’m Zooming with friends or listening to a book. But often I have to quit early. And my back isn’t as bad as yours. I hope you can find relief soon. ๐ค
Thanks Dar. I get some relief with the cream and medication but Iโm supplementing with CBD products too. I still hurt but not as bad if I am more active.
So moving helps. My problem is similar as I can’t stand still or sit still without pain. I do fine on my two mile walks or five miles on the stationary bike, though the back being still is the reason I have to leave the bike. But getting up and moving around helps and I don’t need anything but advil at bedtime. So I know yours is nearly unbearable.
Yeah, I have a hard time even turning over in bed. I usually knock myself out for bed.
Ouch!
Hahaha
I love the watermelons!!!
I have hands that need to be busy. The rest of me has problems if I stick to any one thing very long. So a row or two and I move on to another size of needle/yarn and different stitch. A couple of rows on that pair. Move to Sudoku or crossword puzzle, play a few chords on practice stick. Then bike. Not tight. Lots of chatting with the hubs, watching our morning programs. Then to piano then diamond painting. I start around 9 and diamond painting happens around 2. I try to stay gentle with myself. If hurting I don’t do what hurts. Unless it’s the good hurt of exercise, and even then gentle. But all of this is in my fasting time so I’m not needing to cook or cleanup. My afternoon and evening is more disruptive so I try not to get involved in anything I need concentration for. Nap might fall in here as my day can last til 3 AM. It works right now. I’ve been more painful and hardly got anything done, so I’m feeling blessed right now.๐ค
