Crater Lake is gorgeous! It was a long drive but worth it.

glad you had a good day and a nice time! 🙂
Thank you! The natural beauty was wonderful but being with my adultrens who are spread out across the country.
I’m so glad you were able to go to Crater Lake! You’ve got some really nice pictures.
I wish I could paint. The reflection was fantastic!
What a beautiful lake! Spectacular photos!
It was fantastic! Thank you!
I haven’t been to Crater Lake since I was a kid. My grandma, whose memorial you took me to, took my sister and I there when I was like 7 or 8, and then every summer for the next three years. I was tired of fighting with my sister and didn’t really want to be there, but am willing to admit that it is beautiful.
My grandparents didn’t know Oregon until we moved to Klamath County when I was 5, but they explored so they would have places to take us during their summer visits. I think Cater Lake was grandma’s favorite.
I’m glad you got to go and had fun. Thanks for the picture memories!
It was an amazing sight. But Bass Lake was one of my favorites as a kid. That was a fun memory for me.❤️
I’ve been trying to comment on this for days, but keep having tech (ignorance) issues. I didn’t realize the childhood lake memories had come full circle, as I had forgotten about you and Bass Lake.
Love you.
That’s what I thought, too! Love you, too. And yeah, tech stuff is hard for me, too.
when did you go? great shots!!
Yesterday. The gang drive the 6 hours to get here and yesterday we drove 4 hours from here to Crater Lake and back. Wore me out but those guys are on the road back home today! Endurance of the young! I wish my camera could take the pics I saw. It is so clear and blue and reflective as a mirror. And there was snow, yet we were too warm.
