After three days of flaring I had my appointment with the GP. I’ve lost weight and no longer have to take Metformin. And now she wants to send me to a pain specialist. It is about time! My gluten-free/vegan diet with a little coconut oil is working. Just not on the pain. But–no more Metformin!!!!

Whoot!! Whoot! Whoot!! I don’t know how you are able to stick to that eating plan, but hey – as long as it works, who cares? Looks like it is paying off big time. Hopefully you will be able to get the pain under control too.
All I need to think about to stay eating this way are my aunt’s and cousins toes turning black and then being amputated. At least this is something I can control. The fibro is still on the learning curve. But thanks for celebrating with me! 🙂
