Good for you! I have taken to doing my indoor walking workouts in the morning so I’m not tempted to skip them all together!
I still haven’t picked up that habit. But may try this weekend when the weather will be cold again. I hope by Friday to be back to the mile.
My indoor walking workouts are sometimes a mile, sometimes a bit more. I love the variety so I don’t have to do the same one every day!
I’m at the stage of rearranging my schedule to adjust to new weather and my new addiction of DP. The next windy day I will put the indoor walking on. I’m anxious to see how it works for me. Thanks for the many suggestions you made that have enhanced my life!🤗
