Good for you! I walked every day while I was gone except yesterday because my knee was swollen. I may have to rest it again todayโฆwhat do you think?
Yay! If your knee is swollen, that means minor damage. Don’t abuse it. Maybe some chair exercises? It’s nearly hurricane winds today and tomorrow. I will try your in-home walking YouTube. After a couple bad sleeps my energy is gone. But I don’t want to lose momentum.
