Clare Leslie Hall has written a story full of relationships, fully developed characters, children, and animals. And if you think you know who the bad guys and who the good guys are, you’ll see both in each.
Hattie Morahan narrates the story quite well.
I picked up this audiobook on Libby.
Here’s the thing though, I saw the cover days after I finished the book and couldn’t remember anything. I read the blurb and when it mention the shooting of the dog I remembered the whole book. I loved it!
