Your Friday prompt for Stream of Consciousness Saturday is “sap/spa/asp/pas/PSA.” Use one, use them all, use them any way you’d like. Bonus points if you use them all. Enjoy!

PSA: This day has been dedicated to the following hat. Though I ran out of the colorway of the bottom of the hat, I think the one with brown still worked out. If you want details check out yesterday’s blog.

And that’s why my character get me stuck while writing. It’s always a door.

Made Them Monday

After many mistakes and tinking back to fix these are finally finished. There are a couple threads to hide but I’m proud of what I’ve learned making these shortie socks.

I followed the YouTube for the Fleegle Heel Toe-up Two At A Time Socks. I used ChiaoGoo Red-lace Circular Needles US 8. I started out on the 40″ cables. When it was time to bind off I found it easier to do one sock at a time putting the sock on 9″ corded needles. I’ll share the bind off YouTube, too.

A small town in spain “hangs” on a narrow rocky plateau above an abyss 50m deep. There is one street here, a thousand people in two rows of houses built of lava blocks. From Sir David Attenborough is a legend group on Facebook.

I’m tired so I’ll only share a couple pics. Maybe tomorrow I’ll write more.

This rock called me to come climb but other campers were set up close so I chose to respect their space. Doesn’t this rock look like it’s talking to his rock friend?
This rock looked smiley, peaceful.
This looks like puppet rocks.
This one was full of personality.
A garden of rocks.
This tent has a skylight. It was great watching the stars at night.
Our tent. Lots of windows. Easy to put  up and take down. But we two senior ladies had to carry it. And it took a lot of room in the car. It’s a Gazelle.

More tomorrow.

Thus getting ready to go camp.

Making Monday

Nearly finished witch hat for daughter’s wedding reception costume in October. Much more to add to costume.
Nearly finished shortie socks for friend.

I may or may not have the chance to blog for the next couple days. I’m trying to be rugged and go camping. Close to home and family ready to come get us if it goes weird, or I’m too tired. My inner kid is excited.

Your Friday prompt for Stream of Consciousness Saturday is “acronym’.” Choose an acronym and use it any way you’d like. Enjoy!

I hate acronyms. This shortcut has made many communication attempts backfire. Heck, an example is LOL. Locks of love, lots of love, laugh out loud. Suppose you were laughing when your significant other was pleading their love?

Many books have acronyms. If spelled out often enough the brain can decipher the initials but if only once or twice the reader can get quite confused.

Our world has become meme obsessed which includes an overabundance of acronyms. Ugh! And even worse for dyslexics.

Thus Thursday

Since it’s hot and I’m still having trouble getting up early enough to do the walk, I’m stationary biking and playing with gentle yogas

Yesterday’s bike brought these results

Today I yoga-ed to these

Since this morning it has been a knitting, game playing day. My newest addiction is

It’s gotten very hard!

We also binged on Wolf Pack and then School Spirit. Both on Paramount Plus.
