Then again, I did a bit of that, too.

I’d love to say I’d hit more piano than one song, but I still feel happy that I did what I did. Trying to keep it fun so I want to go back.

We just hit our 20th year married, 30 together. That should be considered an accomplishment! Still in love and laugh a lot!

Well done you 💜💜💜
Thanks!!💜💜💜💜💜
Congratulations on your anniversary!
Thank you!
Happy Anniversary and kudos on the walking! You are making me look bad!
Thanks and thanks again!🤪 I’m sure you’re way ahead with all the swimming and biking and hiking.🤗
No maam, not lately! It’s too hot to even walk here!
Oh, I’m sorry. Ugh! I know our hot weather is coming. But so far it isn’t too bad.
You are blessed too!
Now our Jeep is dead…but AAA just showed up and jumped it off, so David is off to Corpus to get a new battery 🫤
So sorry. Heat and car issues. And hurray for AAA!!!
Yes!!! Even though we have all these RV clubs, he insists on using AAA!

Congratulations on your 20th wedding anniversary! That’s a remarkable milestone. It’s great to see your knitting progress, especially with the cotton yarn and Flexee Fine-gauge looms. How do you choose your yarn colors? Do you have any tips for working with fine yarn and skinny needles? Also, I’d love to hear more about your piano journey. How do you keep it fun and motivating?
Thank you. It’s been fun.
Thank you. I’m glad you like the knitting progress. It helps me keep track. The colors has to do with who it is I’m knitting for. Most of my female friends and family love the purples, the guys of my life like colorful but I try to find something more masculine. I pretty much go by what my hands like and what I feel will be fun to look at for a few weeks. Socks take me far longer than hats.
Tips for the skinnies. Only one, keep to a row or two a day. If I get too anxious to finish I make more mistakes and my hands hurt.
Piano and I have a love hate relationship. I’m 73. I started lessions when I was 5 and took lessons 15 years, then in my 40s I went back to college as a music major. I have done accompaniment but prefer to sing not play. So like with the skinny yarns, take it in small doses and quit while it is still fun, even it if is only a few moments.
Do you knit? Play piano or other instrument? What are some of your tips?
Thanks for the thoughtful questions.
