Your Friday prompt for Stream of Consciousness Saturday is “note.” Use it any way you’d like. Enjoy!
Let it be noted, that I’m not wanting to write right now. It has been a barometric-changing all day. Windy, rainy, and it’s snowing now.

All of this made my joints hurt and brain foggy.
The foggy brain didn’t think that knitting and tinking alllll day was ergonomically bad. How smart is that?
BUT, I finished the Ukulele strap. So as soon as I finish this note, I’ll pull out the Uke and attach the strap.
Then listen for the chords and strums and licks, and notes.🎶🎵🪈🎸

I’m halfway through the new Sudoku book.
Hey, the part that is the hardest and happiest: I’m learning Imagine by John Lennon. I’m not very good but here’s how I’m learning it.
My fingers have developed calluses but that is bad for recorders because now it’s hard to tell if the little holes are closed tightly so I get more squeaky noises than I did before picking up the Uke. Ah, well, I’m having fun.
That’s not all but all I have energy to report.
Oh, my hair is growing and I’m adding messy bun hairpieces to my short ponytail.

None of my music pursuits are quiet. But I need to get busy on them. So I have to quit writing.
And oops! There’s

Courtesy of my daughter. Thanks! She was going for a walk with Maggie, her dog. They saw a Family of Four Foxes.

Gratefully, I’m making strides on many levels. German is coming along. I’ve added more languages. I think 12 now. I doubt I will ever be conversant in most of them. But with two grandmothers who died from Alzheimer’s, I’m trying to keep my brain learning new things. LOTS OF NEW THINGS.
And I work both sides as much as I can. I have never been a left brained person so I do the Sudoku. I’ve nearly finished a whole book. I play math games.

Music uses both sides, both hands. And that’s moving along, too.
Gradually the diamond paintings are coming along. I think these are mostly right-brained. The beach scene and the lighthouse cause my brain to relax and stay organized.

This one is small. That is the only good thing. The glue is inconsistent, the symbols are hard to decipher. The drills are irregular. Still, both keep my hands busy.
One more thing I’m grateful for is

I start my morning watching shows and knitting. I want to pay attention to the show and knitting is a busy hands pay attention hobby, mostly.

And now it’s time to strum and recordize.

My husband got a new guitar yesterday. Is it wrong of me to be excited that we might jam one of these days?🎸🪈🎵🎶

My new diamond painting is started.

Because of watching
I’ve added Chinese to my Duolingo lineup. I highly recommend this show. Not a movie but a series. My husband and I couldn’t stop the binge.
I’m trying to find a way to put my biggest guilt trips here. The end of the month is looming. Two goals haven’t even been touched. I haven’t edited anything. Nor have I worked on my read-alouds or podcast. Finding privacy and time seems the biggest issue. Nor have I touched the real piano. Boo! Next month is Camp NaNo. I have no idea what I’m doing. And so I’m Muddling my mind.
Time for uke and recorders and roll up keyboard.
