Tracey Lange has written a book a little out of my norm to read. With the help of Barrie Kreinik’s narrating skills I was soon deep into the story and the characters.
Remember the adage, ‘Dont judge a book by the cover’? We are reminded that people are walking books. That ex-jailbird isn’t all she seems to be. That person who follows the rules might now, and the male who seems to have his life in order may be a mess. But in discovering who these people really are we have the adventure from their points of view.
The Connellys of County Down was a quick read of a couple nights so if your looking for something lighter, this is it.
I was lucky to find this book on Libby. It’s worth the read.
